Can I have this form of tourist visa approved/stamped if arriving by air in Hanoi? If yes, how soon before I arrive in Vietnam can I submit the online application form?

First of all, please check whether your nationality is in the list of countries which are supported with Vietnam visa on arrival here. If yes, you can apply Vietnam visa online at http://cheapvietnamvisa.net and it will takes 1 working day(urgent service) or 2 working days (normal service) since you finish making payment to us to process you visa application. After that you will get a visa approval letter via email, and by presenting it with some other required documents and stamping fee, you will get your visa stamped at the arrival airport.
