I would like to get a visa for a conference of the catholic bishops in vietanam from 10-12-2012 to 17-12-2012. I am not able to complete the online application for a Vietnam visa on arrival. contacted the immigration office and they have given the contact no. of visa section. 00844 38264026. I am not able to get any response. How can I proceed with the application for the visa.
