Can you tell me the Vietnam visa requiments for Andorra passport holders?

I am Andorra passport holder who living in Andorra. My family (4 adults, 1 China and 1 child) intent to travel Vietnam next month. I wonder if I can get the Vietnam visa on arrival if I am  Andorra citizen?
