Question 1:

I applied for a single entry visa for me and my husband and received the approval letter. Due to a change in travel plans, we now need a multiple entry visa. How do I change the visa?

Since no information can be changed in the done visa approval letter, then if you would like to change into multiple entry visa please apply for another one.
