Hello,

Many thanks for your confirmation letter.

Our travel dates have now changed due to a problem with the airlines.

We have been assured by the airline that this will not change again.

We now arrive into Vietnam on the 10th February 2012 and leave on 9th March 2012.

Do we need to change the entry and exit dates on our papers? If so can you please issue us with new papers to reflect the new dates?

Dear Sir/madam,

I have received your information and we need to confirm that you need pay for visa service again to issue your new visa letter with the change of date of arrival, your total fee is 18$ for two people and after you make your payment I will issue your visa letter in time. Sorry that I can not change it by my self for your arrival date because your arrival date is store in Vietnam Immigration Dept. and if you want to change the arrival date, you have to re-apply for new visa, now we have your information and you have to pay for visa service again only.
