Getting a cheapest vietnam visa for Portugal citizens ?

Hi, I am a Portugal national as a permanent resident. I have a planned business trip from 19^th ~ 28 Sep-2013 in Hanoi, Vietnam. I want to apply visa and I am not sure can I apply visa on arrival thru online? And I am also Sceptical (hope you guys don’t mind) how reliable is this facility. Expecting your advise

Pleased be kindly advised that you can apply Vietnam Visa On Arrival. The visa will be stamped at the airport. It takes only 1 or 2 working days to get the approval after your final confirmation and payment and provision of adequate information for processing. Once you have got Vietnam Visa on arrival on hand, you are ready to get Vietnam Visa any time on arrival at Vietnam Visa airport (Noi Bai international airport, Tan Son Nhat international airport and Danang International airport).
