Thank you for visa approval letter.

One more question: you wrote that we can show this letter when arrive at the Immigration Office in the international Airport Vietnam..but we will not get to Vietnam by plane..but by the train from Bangkok.

Hope it doesn't matter for you and this approval letter is still ok for us?

Dear Sir/madam,

I think you have a mistake that you have not confirmed with us that you will enter Vietnam by train from Thailand to Vietnam, this visa letter which I help you got it will be accepted only at the Vietnam airport to get visa stamped when you fly from Thailand to Vietnam( it calls as Vietnam visa on arrival ) not by land.

If you go by land(train) from Bangkok to Vietnam, you need get visa stamped at Vietnam Embassy in Bangkok before leave Thailand to Vietnam, the procedure as below:

1- Apply for visa letter which for enter Vietnam by land.

2- Pay for visa service (total fee = visa service fee+fax fee to Embassy in Bangkok-Thailand(5$))

3- Get visa letter which we send you by email and print it, we will also fax by phone line to Vietnam Embassy in Thailand where you need come there to get visa stamped before leave Thailand to Vietnam.

4- Bring your visa letter printed to Vietnam Embassy in Bangkok-Thailand show them and pay for visa stamped fee to get it and leave to Vietnam.

Pls confirm with us, if you enter Vietnam by train from Bangkok to Vietnam, you need new visa letter which I described as above. And after that we will confirm for detail and you need pay for visa service before I send it to request again for you. total fee for this visa 1 month single for 2 people is 28$.
