Question:
We have our approved visas but it states that the photo’s need to be 4x6cm. We have photo’s that are 3.5×4.5cm. Is that size acceptable?

You just need to take with you one passport sized and color photo to get stamped visa at Vietnam airports. There is no other special requirements as long as your face is shown clearly.
