I have a Belgian nationality and I am in Thailand for the moment. Can I go and ask for a touristvisa for 30 days in a Vietnamese Embassy in Bangkok or in Phnom Penh? My idea is to cross the Cambodian Vietnamse Border by land. Or do I have to ask the visa through the internet and fly to Vietnam??
