On the on-arrival form which I have downloaded, it says that one of the forms should be sent to the visa issuing authority and one handed in at the point of entry to Vietnam – would you let me know what I need to do. I have the approval letter. Thank you Jenny Moon

The entry/exit form listed on our website is required at Vietnam airport only, so please do not send it to the embassy/consulate abroad.

Stamping fee is applicable to those who apply for visa on arrival only, given your wife is Malaysian, she will not need a visa for 30 days and therefore she will not have to pay for any fee.
