Hi, I want to get the visa on arrival letter for my wife who is an Indian National. Kindly confirm the following:-
1. The fees with discount for one month single entry visa (standard, NOT URGENT).
2. The mode of payment. I can come to your office at Hanoi and make the payment by myself.
3. If I apply tomorrow (i.e. 20 Oct), when can I get the letter for VOA?

For Indian citizens, we can process 1 month visa online but you need to send us your scan passport and Vietnam return ticket. You also need to fill in an application form and your visa approval letter will be send back to your email 2 working days after you finish paying the service fee. But if you apply and make payment at weekend, your application shall start to be processed on Monday, and you wil receive the approval letter after 1 working days. For normal service it costs you $25 and it is $30 for 1 month multiple visa for service fee. At Vietnam Airport you pay for stamping fee $25 and $50 accordingly.
