Is it possible to get a Vietnam visa at the border with Cambodia?
I mean arriving there without any Visa and paying on the spot.

If you want to get a visa on arrival through a Vietnam travel agency, you should follow 4 steps as below:
1. Find the website of a travel agency that work about Vietnam visa. You fill your information passport in their secure online application form. It takes you around 2 to 5 minutes.
2. You pay them the service fee through Paypal, Moneybookers or Western Union…
3. After 1 to 2 days, check your email to get the approval letter in the attachment. You print it out or no need to print it.
4. You arrive Vietnam international airports, show your passport, the approval letter (not necessary) to the immigration staff and give him the stamp fee 25USD (for single entry). He will give you the visa.
